Getting Healthy with Eric! The 5-minute stretch

 


My getting healthy tip: Take a few minutes to stretch.

When you stretch, you increase muscle blood flow. This helps your muscles work better and helps with daily activities.

Stretching also helps you stay flexible. And flexibility helps you move your body. 

Taking time to stretch each day helps you to stay focused and feel good, so you can continue your workday.
