We hope you will join us at this year's Community Summit. A positive future relies on actions that help us engage each other, invest in building inclusive communities, and innovate from hope and possibility.

Our keynote speakers

Father Michael Oleska, Ph.D, Cross-Cultural Communication
  • What's a culture? What's your culture? Do you have a culture?
Cultures are "ways of seeing."  The Rev. Dr. Michael Oleksa's presentations are devoted to a discussion of cultures and how they affect us all, how our own culture focuses on certain aspects of reality and neglects others.  He speaks internationally on how cultures influence the way we understand each other and how to deal with this in a reasonable and appropriate way.

Steven Fulmer, Leadership Development

  • Today I am passionate about developing tomorrow's personal and professional leaders.  If we want a different result, we must be willing to first take a different action.  With the near epidemic proportions of unhappy employees, the need for personal and professional integration has never been more imminent.  With over 30 years' experience in business, my first entrepreneurial adventure was at the age of 16 when I started a real estate photography business.  By 35 I was a VP in a software company I joined as the second hire and played an instrumental role in growing from $300,000/yr. to more than $10 Million. I am a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and past president ICF Oregon and I am currently a member of the National Speaker's Association and the International Coach Federation, and authored the book: Leadership Just Got Personal.
