Access improvements, phase II

New Access survey closes June 5

Last summer, King County Metro asked Access customers what it was like to use our Access Transportation service. People filled out their survey, came to meetings, and spoke with King County Metro over the phone or in emails to share their experiences.

If you participated, thank you!

Over the year, Metro worked to turn ideas and comments into changes. Now they have proposed changes to share with you and get feedback on. Some changes would happen soon, others in 2018, and still others at some point in the future.

In a second phase of outreach, Metro wants to know: Did we listen to you? Do you have ideas on how we could improve Access even more?

The survey includes summaries of what customers told Metro in Phase 1 and the changes it is making in response to that feedback.
