Use of restraint, rule change

Action defines client rights in adult day centers

The department of Aging and Long-Term Care Services is proposing to add a new section in chapter 388-71 WAC to define client rights regarding restraints, including physical restraints, chemical restraints, involuntary seclusion, and the use of medical devices.A hearing is set for October 25, 2016.
